Talar Foods Production
The production process of Talar Foods is organized in two facilities – in the city of Sofia and the village of Petarch, district of Sofia. The facility in Sofia manufactures more than 5 000 tons of salads and ready to serve food annually, and the other facility ensures high quality raw materials and their primary and thermal processing.
High quality of production
Talar Foods has ISO 9001:2008 certification. The production facilities have established the HACCP system (food safety system), and the production facility in the city of Sofia has met the requirements of the IFS Global Markets. Control is performed on continuous basis, irrespective of the impeccable appearance of the foods and their ingredients.
Talar Foods is in the process of designing its new production facility that will be located within the region of Sofia and should start operations in the beginning of 2018. The new facility will feature improved production lines and optimal technological solutions. The location has excellent logistic connection with Trakia Highway and huge logistic centers of other manufacturers, partners and clients.
